Terms and conditions — Photo4UPhotography

1) By booking photo session with P4UP client agrees to all P4UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2) PAYMENT: Your BOOKING FEE will be paid by the client prior to the photo shoot to secure your booking. Remaining balance-SESSION FEE have to be paid on the session day.Additional images are prepared after the payment has cleared. P4UP do not hold responsibility for delays caused by late payments. Private online galleries will be closed after 4 days from the date of the access gained by the client.Client is asked to make a choice within that time frame.Once the gallery is closed, P4UP starts editing images to the final result which may take up to 1-2 weeks in total. The gallery of RAW files, unedited images is purely photographer's ownership and hereby not for sale or reproduction. Client pays for the packages in advance and has the right to purchase additional images, not the whole unedited gallery of files.

3) CANCELLATION/SICKNESS: Ir is understood that children/as well as adults can be unpredictable and can fall ill at any time. In the event of sickness prior to the session, Client agrees to make every possible effort to inform P4UP no later than 72 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. The session can be transferred to a new date which will be at the convenience of both parties within a maximum 1 month period. BOOKING FEE then must be paid again.

When You book a newborn session with P4UP, a session slot will be reserved around your baby’s due date. However, should your baby arrive much earlier or past their due date, there will be first available slot offered with no guarantee of a weekend appointment.

No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and in such event session fee paid towards the reservation will be considered lost. In addition, we do not offer session transfers. This means once a newborn/ maternity or any other session has been reserved, the fee paid towards the reservation can not be transferred towards any other photo session.

Session can be rescheduled (given 72 hours notice) only once, after that BOOKING FEE will be considered lost.

4) Late arrival: In addition, should you come late to your appointment the photographer will allow 25 minutes to wait for your arrival. Time spent awaiting your arrival will be taken of your session's time meaning your session time will be significantly restricted and may result in reduced number of photographs in your final gallery. If you come to your appointment more than 25 minutes late, due to the restricted time frame your session will be unfortunately cancelled and BOOKING FEE paid towards securing your slot will be considered lost.

5) POSTAGE & PACKAGING: All Prices stated on the website are inclusive of Postage & Packaging.

6) IMAGES: Quantity of images supplied will vary depending on package chosen and level of activity. Images are edited with a style prefered by photographer and by booking P4UP client agrees to style and artistic freedom of photographer.
During each of the photo sessions PrUP always ensure to capture a large number of photographs in various set ups and poses to then create a varied gallery for clients. Certain number of photos will not be included in the final gallery, as they will not be classed as high standard (model's closed eyes, photos out of focus, models looking in the wrong direction etc). This process allows to prepare a decent number of photos to pre select for the clients' final gallery

8) PERMITTED USES: When client buy EDITED and HIGH RESOLUTION digital images with all printing rights the copyright of all images will belong to P4UP. You have the right to reproduce any of your digitally purchased images for personal use or to give to family and friends , however, you are not permitted to sell to stock image galleries or to use images for commercial purpose.

9) PRICING: All prices are subject to change at the discretion of P4UP. Private online galleries will be closed after 4 days.

10) AT THE SESSION: In case of cancellation availability Model will contact P4UP asap. Clients are not allowed to take any photos or record videos during the session.

10) You agree to hold harmless, P4UP and representatives from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. P4UP and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
The Model shall make themselves available for a photographic event by Photo4UPhotography in a private studio in Chesterfield S40 2TG; In case of cancellation availability Model will contact P4UP asap.

11) Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the P4UP and will not be held by P4UP for longer than 2 weeks after the session. (RAW-unedited Images are not stored, only JPG’s that are final product of post-production and which are sent to a client)
When printing your photos please note P4UP will not be held responsible for poor quality prints from printing shops or online printers.P4UP can provide you with high quality professional prints, please contact us to discuss further details.

As a client I authorize Photo4UPhotography to use and to create images for promotional material and online usage. I further authorize the distribution of photographs to potential clients of the Photo4UPhotography for portfolio purposes. I agree and understand that the photos will be taken digitally.I further acknowledge that I will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photo4UPhotography of such photos exclusively owns all rights.

I acknowledge and agree that Photo4UPhotography shall have the exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish and republish photographic materials, which contain my image.Prices include a £20 discount for allowing the photographer to use images from the session for publicity and advertising purposes. If the Client wishes for the photographs not to be used by the photographer on social media or for this purpose, the discount won't apply. This need to be communicated strictly BEFORE the session takes place.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that the photographs created by the Photo4UPhotography shall become and remain the exclusive property of Photographer, and that I retain no rights to said photographs unless specified particularly in this agreement.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOL

1. Studio cleaning policy
Before and after every studio session the studio is deep cleaned by using disinfectant / isopropyl alcohol and/or steam cleaning. All surfaces that could be touched and all props used are sanitised. All blankets and outfits used are washed between portrait sessions.
2. Time between sessions
At least 1 hour will be left between sessions to enable a deep clean of all surfaces and accessories to take place and to ensure there is no contact between customers arriving and leaving the premises.
3. Sick policy
Customers will be required to disclose if anyone coming to the session has had a fever or any other symptoms such as coughs, sickness or vomiting .Appointments will be re-arranged, at no cost.
4. Hand washing
All photographers and staff will be required to thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions. Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and customers requested to use these upon arrival at the studio.
